Dear Exhibitor, Visitor,
We are very glad to welcome you to the Japanese Classic Cars Show! In order to ensure that this event remains a pleasant memory for everyone, please read and adhere to the following rules:
Please respect the exhibited cars. Many of them are extremely valuable, with some valued at over 100 million HUF, and each one is invaluable to its owner. Most cars inside the building will not be cordoned off, but visible warning tapes will be placed around each car. Please do not cross these tapes unless permitted by the car owner.
Entry to the exhibition is only possible with the wristband received during registration. Only the wristband worn on the wrist counts as a valid ticket. A DAMAGED wristband – taped over, cut, unfastened, larger than the wrist circumference, etc. – is INVALID!
Bicycles or scooters are not allowed inside the venue. Please place them in the designated area next to the entrance.
Pets are not allowed inside the building. If you bring an animal to the courtyard, please ensure it does not pose a danger to other visitors or the cars.
Audio and visual recordings will be made at the event, which may be published without limitation. Every participant who appears in the recordings may only be named with their consent, but cannot make any claims against the recording makers or the event organizers.
Participants attend the event at their own risk. Participants are aware that there is vehicular traffic at the event, which poses numerous hazards, so everyone should take extra care of their own and others' physical safety.
Participants are liable for any damage they cause. Those arriving by car are required to adhere to traffic regulations. The maximum speed allowed on the premises is 5 km/h. Participants under the influence of substances impairing driving ability or after consuming alcoholic beverages may not operate vehicles under any circumstances. The organizers are not responsible for any damages to persons or property that may occur.
By participating, you accept the above rules of the event. Participants who do not adhere to the above rules, despite repeated warnings, will be asked to leave the exhibition.
Best regards,
Attila Vukmann
